The HDU Sign manufacturing process and what it entails

Our team uses the CORAFOAM® brand of HDU in all of our manufacturing. CORAFOAM® is specifically designed by DUNA-USA for the signage industry. Manufactured with an extremely tight cell structure, CORAFOAM® is very easy to carve. As a wholesale-only manufacturer to the signage industry, all of our projects come complete and ready for installation. Depending on the custom design you are looking for, all HDU sign projects are priced on a per-job-basis.

During our free consultation we will discuss everything you need to know about our custom signage. Once we provide a quote, and it is accepted, it is time for our manufacturing team to get to work. First, the substrate must be prepared for routing. Typically, masking and priming are the first two steps in the manufacturing process. Next, our manufacturing team will route the design, using our 3D CNC router and prime the panel—ready for paint.
