Signs A La Carte was Center Stage at Citadel Country Spirit USA Music Festival. We printed more than 100 signs (banners, posters and pictures for A-frames).
Signs A La Carte was proud to be the official local sign vendor for Citadel Country Spirit USA music festival, a three-day country music festival in the Brandywine Valley this past August 24-26, 2018. The festival took place at The Lugwig’s Corner Horse Show Grounds in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The festival featured more than 20 country music artists as well as food, beverages, and wide variety of activities. It was packed with excited music lovers from all over!
The festival organizers asked us to do over one hundred signs including banners, posters and pictures for A-frames. It was an exciting project to work on because we had to manage the work without getting all of the details right away. Our biggest fear was not having the raw material, if there was a last-minute request but like always, we hit this one out of the park!
During the three days of the event, you could find your way around by following our A-Frame directional sign holders & signs. We printed the signs on vinyl and then applied them to coroplast that slides into the A-Frames. A total of 24 portable signs were installed at shuttle locations, parking, and different areas of the festival grounds.
At the entrance, you could see more and more banners of different sizes. Some printed vinyl or mesh material with grommets for the fences and ticket booths.
We even did the stage topper, as you can see, no job is too small for Signs A La Carte. This is the biggest banner we’ve ever done!
In front of the big stage was the sponsor hospitality area. Look! Our banners are a great backdrop for the action…. Country music legend, Jake Owen crossed the crowd to go to the second story. He was being filmed walking across and everyone was screaming. Some people think they were screaming for the country music star, but we like to think they were screaming at the beauty of our signs!!!
Working for a big project like this one is extremely rewarding and exciting. Many clients with big events like this have last minute add-ons. We even received some designs two days before the show and were able to deliver on time. We always keep a little extra in stock for last-minute surprises!
The morning of the delivery, we had to do 8 ticket signs, we did and were ready to deliver on time!!!!
