Signs A La Carte applied Reflective vinyl on vehicle and renew some signs for State Farm.Signs A La Carte recently worked on a fun project for Chris Madonna, a State Farm agent in West Chester, PA. After purchasing a Smart car, Chris wanted to get the car wrapped for his business. He knew a vinyl vehicle wrap is a cost-effective tool for generating brand awareness, sales, and business growth. We proposed the idea of using reflective vinyl instead of regular vinyl. Though the price per square foot for 3M™ Scotchlite™ Removable Reflective Graphic Films was higher, the more vibrant, 24/7 exposure with reflective vinyl was a critical advantage. Reflective film provides better slideability, air release, and removability for easier, faster, bubble-free installations and removal. With heat removal, reflective vinyl leaves little or no adhesive residue. Signs A La Carte gave Chris a mock-up of what his car would look like with a wrap, and he loved how it brought the graphic to life. To protect the vinyl, we applied a clear laminate to shield it from fading, scratches, and road debris. Chris Madonna really loves the new design of his car. He is so happy that his business name is visible day and night. When Chris dropped off his car, he discovered we can do anything with vinyl, like building signs, directory signs, any kinf of signs to promote your brand indoor and outdoor. In addition to the vehicle wrap, Chris also needed to update his business hours and change the post panel in front of his office. We removed the old signs and replaced them with new signs.  As you can see here, we replaced the vinyl on the business hours sign and updated it with Chris’s new hours.  To manufacture the post sign, we cut a medium density overlay (MDO) panel. This is a type of material produced with a high-quality, thermosetting resin-impregnated fiber surface bonded to one or both sides under heat and pressure. The sign’s shape has a half-oval at the top, which can hold one-third of the logo. Signs A La Carte applied a red and white printed vinyl cover with a laminate and then installed it on the post. Since we print all graphics on our digital printer, we provide the same color and high-resolution graphics every time you need a new vehicle decal. Post Signs for Spire Signs A La Carte manufactured two types of post signs for Spire. One is made with 6” x 6” x 10’ wood posts, and the hanging sign has a panel made of 96” by 16” MDO. The other is made with 4” by 4” x 5’ wood posts. Between the posts, the panel will be made of MDO. On all signs, we’ll flush their logo customized with a specific red acrylic.
Spire will install the posts on their construction sites so if someone is interested in their project, they’ll know Spire is doing the work. Directional, Directory Signs, and ADA Signs for Drexelbrook Catering Signs A La Carte designed and manufactured 3D signs with different layers of material for the interior building at Drexelbrook Catering. The base is a brushed aluminum material with a black acrylic face. On top of the frame, we added the cut-out logo in a whiite acrylic circle with UV printed graphics. We adhered a small brushed aluminum plate with black textured vinyl. Frames are mounted to the wall with standoffs made from brushed aluminum to match the identification signs. Over the years, vinyl overlays, acrylic, and PVC have become better materials that are readily available. Replacement of a Faded or Discolored Face Sometimes the paint on your sign frame needs a refresh to restore its vibrancy. Over time, faces can become damaged by the weather. In Pennsylvania, our summers are hot and humid, and our winters are bitterly cold. Extreme weather causes the faces to crack, peel, and fade, and a white sign face can begin to look yellow. Auto Haus worked with Signs A La Carte to renew their business appearance and give their sign an up-to-date look. Signs A La Carte removed the old faces of the pole sign and replaced them with two shiny new faces. The new sign is more readable, with clearly outlined letters and numbers. Colors, type, and font gave Auto Haus a more professional look. Business Rebrand Brandywine Med Spa asked Signs A La Carte to refurbish a sign that belonged to an old restaurant. We kept the octagonal shape of the sign, applying the doctor’s name, phone number, and business name. With this type of pylon, if the sign isn’t illuminated, there’s likely a problem with the electricity or weather has damaged the bulbs. This is what happened with this customer. When our installer replaced the faces, he changed the bulbs, and now the illuminated sign works perfectly.  New Business Name Signs A La Carte also replaced 10 faces for the same restaurant branch. The proprietor bought a group of closed restaurants and opened them again at his new branch: Olive Tree. In this case, the pole was in good shape, and Signs A La Carte was simply able to install new faces by changing the large decal vinyl printing on the pylon.
