Signs A La Carte applied Reflective vinyl on vehicle and renew some signs for State Farm.Signs A La Carte recently worked on a fun project for Chris Madonna, a State Farm agent in West Chester, PA. After purchasing a Smart car, Chris wanted to get the car wrapped for his business. He knew a vinyl vehicle wrap is a cost-effective tool for generating brand awareness, sales, and business growth. We proposed the idea of using reflective vinyl instead of regular vinyl. Though the price per square foot for 3M™ Scotchlite™ Removable Reflective Graphic Films was higher, the more vibrant, 24/7 exposure with reflective vinyl was a critical advantage. Reflective film provides better slideability, air release, and removability for easier, faster, bubble-free installations and removal. With heat removal, reflective vinyl leaves little or no adhesive residue. Signs A La Carte gave Chris a mock-up of what his car would look like with a wrap, and he loved how it brought the graphic to life. To protect the vinyl, we applied a clear laminate to shield it from fading, scratches, and road debris. Chris Madonna really loves the new design of his car. He is so happy that his business name is visible day and night. When Chris dropped off his car, he discovered we can do anything with vinyl, like building signs, directory signs, any kinf of signs to promote your brand indoor and outdoor. In addition to the vehicle wrap, Chris also needed to update his business hours and change the post panel in front of his office. We removed the old signs and replaced them with new signs. As you can see here, we replaced the vinyl on the business hours sign and updated it with Chris’s new hours. To manufacture the post sign, we cut a medium density overlay (MDO) panel. This is a type of material produced with a high-quality, thermosetting resin-impregnated fiber surface bonded to one or both sides under heat and pressure. The sign’s shape has a half-oval at the top, which can hold one-third of the logo. Signs A La Carte applied a red and white printed vinyl cover with a laminate and then installed it on the post. Testimonial from Chris Madonna: Thanks guys, as always great work, and done quickly. Call them when you need a new or better look. Not only can vinyl be used on cars, but it can also be used for signs and building graphics to give brands and promotions greater visibility. The material can easily be printed on a large, eco-friendly printer. Unlike paint, which requires greater patience to apply because of the level of detail, vinyl lasts longer and is easier to apply.

Image is everything in business, a reflective adhesive vinyl on the car is a very good choice. At Signs A La Carte, our customers usually ask for a specific wrap on their vehicle to represent their company. We offer three different types of wraps: full wraps, half wraps, and decals and lettering. Full Vinyl Wraps A full wrap covers the entire vehicle, even the roof. The design typically represents large format graphics that sometimes include pictures. The way it’s assembled gives your vehicle a clean, professional look. Half Vinyl Wraps Half wraps are more economical choices for fleets since they use less material than full wraps. Big and bold graphics are generally only on the sides or back of a vehicle—two areas that will positively impact your business. Custom Decals and Lettering Custom decals and lettering are great options for companies that only want to include basic information on their vehicles, such as their name and/or logo. A website or phone number can also be added. By choosing the right font, you’ll make it easy for your potential customers to see your business’s information. Printing on Reflective Vinyl We typically print on a high-quality product from 3M or Avery, but recently, we did a wrap with a new product from 3M: a reflective vinyl that glows in the dark when charged by light and heat. The reflective adhesive vinyl is four millimeters thick and comes with clear permanent adhesive backing. Because it’s protected by a gloss laminate, it can be used indoors or outdoors, is waterproof and UV safe, and will last for years. We used the reflective adhesive to completely wrap a van for Adam’s Auto Parts. Adam came to Signs A La Carte to work on his business graphics with our designer. The design looked beautiful on the computer and even more amazing in person. Benefits of Reflective Vinyl Once the job was complete, we realized that reflective vinyl provides endless choices for wrapping various surfaces. Below we’ve included some of the types of reflective vinyl and the benefits of each.
Wrapping various surfaces with reflective adhesive vinyl provides a lightweight, economical alternative to paint for your fleet or architectural applications, indoors and out. Since reflective vinyl is waterproof, you can even wrap your boat.
