Lenape Valley is a community that consists of 15 single family homes. These homes are located on a cul-de-sac with large space and tree lined buffers. The community is located in a wonderful school district. The homes are high quality with low maintenance. The community also features a homeowners association to maintain the community space. Having beautiful custom signage to enhance these features was all the community was missing.
