Cafe Gourmino is a premium mobile espresso bar that brings the coffee shop experience with all of its wonderful beverages and aromas to your very own special event.   Ask yourself, when was the last time that you attended an event and actually had the ability to consume a specialty coffee beverage.  Often, it’s simple filter coffee that sat on the burner for hours not to mention the low or average quality of the coffee beans.  So, we decided it was time to offer an alternative. But we did not stop at simply providing premium espresso drinks.  Our emphasis is to create an atmosphere at our customers’ events that is memorable.  We do this with a passionate first class service that really cares about our customers’ guests.  Coffee shops are known to be places where one can find peace, relaxation, and joy while consuming a wonderful beverage without the hustle of the day-to-day whirlwind.  Achieving this objective is what we aim for.
     2.What kind of events do you do the most? Our customers range from small to large corporations.  In addition, we take our coffee carts to weddings, anniversaries, fund-raisers, and any other event that desires high-quality coffee and tea beverages.  We can accommodate parties with up to 500 guests.  Our carts are equipped with top-of-the line European espresso equipment similar to the ones you can find in high-end coffee shops.  Our amazing staff includes trained barista professionals certified by the Specialty Coffee Association.
   3.You are based in West Chester, how far do you go with your trailer? Our focus area resides within 30ish miles from West Chester.  Of course, we are more than willing to travel further for the right event.  However, we would then have to charge for extra milage.
​  4. Do you offer only café? Where does it come from? Besides our deliciously prepared espresso based beverages ranging from simple espresso to the macchiatos, cappuccinos, lattes, to name just a few, we also offer a variety of hot teas and botanicals, iced teas, lemonades, hot chocolates, and seasonal drinks… in short, we can very much tailor our menu to the wishes and desires of our customers.  While we do not offer alcoholic beverages, we can include customized mocktails or let the customer provide the alcohol as an ingredient to our beverages.  Often, our customers actually like the fact that we do not serve alcohol as it represents a nice change to the usual.  In addition, the market trend has been seeing a gradual shift, especially in our younger generations, away from alcoholic beverages.

We are very proud to have just recently installed graphics on the windows of a local business in West Chester “éclat chocolate”. The graphic design was created by Leah Marchant, A local designer specializing in experiential engagement and installation design.

Leah worked with Chris Curtain, the owner and master chocolatier of éclat chocolate, in order to create his storefront window graphic. The idea was to form a frame around the window and project a video display inside of it. Since the projection can be appreciated only in the evening hours, the frame is a part of the installation that can be appreciated by customers at any time of day, whether they are entering the store or just passing by. 

​“I wanted to create a design that was eye catching, engaging and ultimately capable of transforming the shape of a projected video. In creating this installation I looked at various forms— elements in nature, torn gift packaging, melted chocolate, and the microscopic structure of a caramel shard.” This was Leah’s first installation with projection, and her largest vinyl installation to date. “It is always thrilling to see a design come to life, from computer screen to storefront.
